About GTMLens
GTMLens is an independent analyst publication covering the AI-native go-to-market technology stack. We exist to give revenue operators, founders, and GTM leaders honest, vendor-neutral analysis of the tools, platforms, and categories reshaping how companies sell. Independence isn’t a differentiator we claim — it’s a structural commitment: GTMLens takes no advertising, no sponsored content, and no affiliate fees from any vendor we cover.
What We Cover
GTMLens covers nine vendor categories that make up the modern AI-native GTM stack:
- Data Enrichment — firmographic, contact, and intent data providers
- Outbound Execution — cold email infrastructure, sequencing, and deliverability
- AI SDR Platforms — autonomous prospecting and outreach agents
- CRM — customer relationship management and pipeline systems
- Revenue Intelligence — call recording, conversation analytics, and deal coaching
- Intent Signals — buyer intent data, website visitor identification, and signal aggregation
- GTM Orchestration — workflow automation and cross-tool routing layers
- Sales Engagement — multi-channel sequence management and rep productivity tools
- GTM Analytics — attribution, pipeline analytics, and revenue operations reporting
How We Work
Every vendor profile, comparison, and insight published on GTMLens starts with primary research: product trials, pricing analysis, customer interviews, and a careful read of public documentation and changelogs. We don’t rely on vendor briefings as primary sources. Where we’ve used AI assistance in research or drafting, we say so explicitly — see our Editorial Policy for the full methodology.
We cover categories before individual vendors, because the most useful question is usually not “which tool is best” but “what does this category actually do, and who is it for.” Vendor profiles exist to answer specific evaluation questions, not to rank tools on a leaderboard. Comparisons are published only when there’s a real decision to make — when two tools solve the same problem for the same buyer and the tradeoffs are genuine, not manufactured.
Pricing data is verified at the time of publication and date-stamped. GTM tool pricing changes frequently; if you find something out of date, please flag it at info@gtmlens.com. Full methodology details are in our Editorial Policy.
Who’s Behind GTMLens
GTMLens is published by Gagan Chawla, an independent analyst and former software engineer and product manager who has spent his career at the intersection of revenue operations and GTM technology. He has built and bought into the GTM stack across three distinct stages of company growth — early-stage, growth, and scale — and launched GTMLens because the analyst space is dominated by vendor-funded research while the practitioner space is dominated by founders selling tools. Neither is honest about tradeoffs. GTMLens is an attempt to fill that gap. Learn more on the Team page.
